French angelfish

Pomacanthus paru

Distribution: Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico.       

Description: size between 30 and 40 cm
  The palate is light gray. The body color is gray blue, a yellow-orange circle around each eye.  
Gills to the caudal fin, slice scales is yellow, but visually, it seems that the body is covered with yellow streaks
The end of the lid has a spur, which compiled longitudinally into weapon.       
      
Habitat: This fish is found alone or in pairs.
It can be observed up to 90m deep, but in view of its power, it is frequently encountered on the reef flat near the fire corals.
Food: Gorgons, sponges, tunicates and some algae.
