Distribution: Australia, East Africa, Red Sea, New Guinea to Fiji.

Habitat: generally live in pairs in areas rich in coral, to a depth of 15m.

Description: Size: up to 15 cm. He wears so frequent eye stripe in his group, his fins are a yellow halo around the body and silver striped oblique thin black lines.
On the back to form a dark spot continues to the base of the ridge depending on his mood varies in size; night this area has two white spots.
It is rarely seen alone, it is often mixed with other groups butterflyfish.
